The Montreal Metro houses significant works of craft in situ (most notably those listed below). The videos presented here explore works of craft in specific metro stations in the city of Montreal. The graduate students presenting these works used the opportunity to apply the seminar discussions of craft research to craft objects they encountered during these visits to Montreal’s metro system. Each video presents primary research into these craftworks and the architectural spaces housing them, coupled with an original approach to craft in situ developed by each presenter.
